FIMA Trading and Distribution Center Privacy Policy 

This policy applies to all personal data which you provide to us or which we collect and process when you are using Fima JSC Trading and Distribution Centre website www.fimasales.lt. 

FIMA respects your privacy and protects your personal data which you provide to us and which we collect as stated in this privacy policy. This privacy policy explains why we collect your personal data and how we use them. 

E-Shop Administration 

Your personal data submitted when registering in our e-shop at http://www.fimasales.lt/lt/registracija/ and ordering goods are processed in order to ensure the access to our e-shop - select and order goods so that we can also deliver these goods to you. For this purpose, we process your personal data, in particular, name, surname, date of birth, registration name, street, house (flat) no., city, postal code, country, telephone, shipping address, e-mail address, signature, and ordered goods.  

We store our website registration data on the basis of a consent, and the order data are stored on the basis of the agreement fulfilment.  

Direct Marketing 

On our website www.fimasales.lt, under “News subscription”, you can subscribe to news on the area of your interest. We use and process your data (email address) for direct marketing purposes only if you have given your consent to this.

Data Storage Term 

We process and store all your personal data for not longer than it is necessary for the purposes stated in the present policy.  

We store your data for e-shop administration purposes for not more than 10 years. 

We store your data for direct marketing purposes for not more than 3 years, if we receive your request to cancel direct marketing messages. 

Transfer of Data 

We can transfer your personal data to third parties who assist us in executing and administering of FIMA newsletter sending and administering our website and storing its data. Such persons can include database software vendors, database administration service providers, cloud service providers, direct marketing service providers, etc. Your personal data may also be provided to authorities or law enforcement institutions, such as police or supervisory authorities, but only upon their request and only when required by applicable law or in order to safeguard our rights or ensure the security of our customers, employees and resources.

We shall apply the safety and processing requirements set out in the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and the EU General Data Protection Regulation for data processing. 

FIMA shall take appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of all personal data processed against unintentional or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, modification, or unauthorised disclosure or access, and against any other unlawful forms of processing. 

Your Rights 

You have the right to get acquainted with your personal data processed by us and how we process them, request to correct incorrect and incomplete or inaccurate personal data, or delete or limit the processing of your data at any time by contacting us at email: info@fimasales.lt or mail at: UAB „Fima“, Žirmūnų g. 139, LT-09120, Vilnius.  

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and the right to data portability. If you think that your personal data are being processed illegally, you have the right to file a complaint to the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

In case your personal data are processed on the basis of a consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without prejudice to the legality of the data processing based on the consent prior to the consent withdrawal. 

Validity and Amendment 

This privacy policy enters into effect on 9 Mary 2018. Upon the amendment of this privacy policy, we will publish the updated version on our website www.fimasales.lt. The amendment and/or additions to the privacy policy shall come into effect when they are published on the website.
